  • Grades are up! The class average on Exam II is 59.4. The overall average of the class is 65.8% which is fantastic. The average I'm shooting for is 65%. The high was a 93. Congratulations to James Layton. He is a repeat offender!

  • Here is the useful information pages for our Exam for this evening.

  • Here are some practice problems that you can try. One set is used to determine whether a substance is polar or nonpolar, the other set asks for the type of intermolecular attractive forces that occur in a substance. Enter you Secret Identification number and lab section to practice. Send me an e-mail and tell me if you would like more problems like these.

  • The PLE for Wednesday, March 6, 2002 is available now.

  • The streaming video for Sunday's Help Session is finally ready. Sorry it took so long but the first time I compressed it there was no audio and it takes about 5 hours to compress.

  • Answers to PS6 are posted.

  • I've added some previous exams that you can practive on.

  • Next week's laoratory is Exp #5: Balance or Completion: Equilibrium. Check out the laboratory link for important information about this experiment.

  • What's Important for Exam II is available. There may still be some minor tweaks to this information.

  • I've posted some new grades. Not all of the TA's have given me new grades.
