  • PS2 is now available. I'll pass it out in class in the morning.

  • Dr. Abraham from the University of Oklahoma will be visiting tomorrow from about 10:00 am until 5:00 pm. We are working on a project together. So it will be difficult to answer questions tomorrow during the day. I will most likely be around tomorrow evening for a few hours and will be happy to answer questions then. You are welcome to come by my office, call or e-mail.

  • The PLE for Friday, January 25, 2002 is ready. You must have the MacroMedia ShockWave Plugin on your computer to see the animation. Check the Plug-Ins link on our Web Site to go to the MacroMedia web site to download the Plug-In. If you have any questions send an e-mail or drop by my office.

  • I passed out a copy of the Survival Organic Laboratory Experiment that will be used in laboratory beginning Monday, January 28th. If you did not get a copy drop by my office, or print out a copy at the laboratory link. Be sure to note there are several Pre-Laboratory Questions that MUST be answered and turned-in BEFORE laboratory begins next week.

  • Help Session, Wednesday, January 23, 2002 at 7:00 pm in PS141.

  • A draft TA tutoring schedule is now available at the Free Tutoring link.

  • You should be able to do all the problems in PS1 after Wednesday's (1/23/02) lecture.

  • Laboratory will meet on Tuesday - Thursday (January 22 - 24, 2002). No classes on Monday, January 21, 2002. That is Martin Luther King's Birthday. Be sure to bring your textbook and a calculator to laboratory the second week of classes. (See the CHEM 1515 Syllabus)

  • Tuesday - Thursday laboratory will meet in PS255. All students will Check-in this week. Check out the laboratory link for more info about laboratory this week! If you have not checked in or seen the Safety video see Kaci in PS243 (General Chemistry Lab Storeroom). You must be checked in view the Safety video prior to Monday February 4th.

  • I have an announcement/application for Oklahoma State University Women's Giving Circle undergraduate scholarship. Applications are due Feb 1, 2002. Candidates must be enrolled in 12 hours, minimum GPA of 2.5. Non-traditional students encouraged to apply, indication of need can be included. There is an interview depending on how far you get in the process. For more info anyone interested should see me or their adviser.

  • Go to the SID# link on the left to give me your Secret Identification Code number or name. This is needed for you to access your grades this semester. Also answer the other questions on this page so I will get to know you.
