Problem Sets are due at the beginning of class on the day printed
on the Problem Set, unless changed by announcement in lecture and/or on the
Web Site. If you are late to class the day a Problem Set is due, and you turn
in a Problem Set, you will lose 3 points from the total possible. Problem Sets
will not be accepted after class. If you are not able to make class on the day
a Problem Set is due you may mail it. The envelop must be postmarked the day
the PS is due (or earlier). You may also FAX or e-mail your answers. Only 14
PS are counted. In recent semesters students have been able to drop 1 to 3 PS.
See the General Information page
for more information about Problem Sets and how they are graded. Doing lots
of PLEs could help your PS grade.
To access the Problem Sets you will need a version of Adobe Acrobat
Reader. Go the Plug-ins link on our Web Site to find the link to the Reader
page at www.adobe.com.
