The properties of amplitude and frequency.

Amplitudes are also measured in units of length. It is measured from the midpoint of a wave to its peak. The longer the length the larger the amplitude.

Frequency is measured in units of sec-1, or Hertz.

Frequency is a measure of the number of peaks in a wave that past a particular point in space per unit time.

Frequency and wavelength are inversely related, the longer the wavelength the lower the frequency. The shorter the wavelength the higher the frequency.
